Kerch strait accident/Martial law in Ukraine? 26.11.2018

  Due to the recent accident happened in Kerch strains near Crimea on November 25, 2018 between Ukraine and Russia naval ships so far Ukraine government considers to impose martial law for a period equal of abt 60 days (or later) to mobilize forces and to be ready to prevent any additional aggressive steps from Russia side.

  For am time November 26 so far no official notices from government/port or other authorities been given – all logistics process are going as they used do with no changes/or delays. The only issue for logistics currently only weather conditions since heavy snow is expected current week within most part of Ukraine territory.
