Changing of Ukraine sea ports names

To avoid misunderstandings of our customers while fixing trades and negotiating international contracts – paying attention that according to Ukraine government decision port of Yuzhny been renamed to port Pivdennyi. So far container lines still use “old” name Yuzhny but at some point it could be that officials will request port name to be changed.

For convenience below stating data for all three main container ports of Ukraine along with container lines names operated at subject port:
– Port Odessa: Admiral, Arkas, ANL, CMA-CGM, COSCO, Evergreen, Hapag, HDASCO, MSC, ONE, OOCL, Turkon,Yang Ming.
– Port Pivdennyi (former name Yuzhny): Maersk, Seago.
– Port Chornomorsk (former name Illichevsk): Maersk, Seago, MSC.
